Outlook 2024 Share Calendar. Open your calendar in outlook. Enter the name or email address of the person you want.
On the home tab, in the manage calendars group, click share calendar and pick the desired one from the drop. In calendar, on the toolbar at the top of the page, select share, and choose the calendar you want to share.
